3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
4. Exceptions
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
- Customized or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
